Mother's Day

Those two words say a lot about our mothers.
They say that our mothers love us,
With all their heart,
And care for us oh so deeply.

They say that our mothers gave up their dreams,
Their hopes,
Their wishes,
Just to take care of us.

They say that our mothers chose life
Instead of death.
They wanted us to live;
We are the future generation.

They didn't choose abortion,
But they chose to teach us,
Teach us about the real meaning of love,
And teach us to guard our treasure—our body.

"Save your treasure for the right man."
That's what some mothers might say.
Maybe they don't,
Just to see if you can figure it out yourself.

To all mothers out there,
We children all love you.
You taught us well,
And we thank you for that.
